Trauma is stored in the womb, which can lead to complications and disconnection from Spirit and your baby. You’ll also learn about the importance of our sacred connection to mother earth and get some easy tools to restore this deep, supportive connection. This will support you in reconnecting and grounding and will bring you back to your primal divine self. You’ll also have a process to release stored trauma and ignite the mother goddess within you.

Grief and Movement
You’ll learn how and why to move the body. Exercise can support your hormones and fertility or hinder it, so you’ll learn the best way to move for you. It’s also important to understand the importance of allowing yourself to grieve your pre-parent self and the body and the life you had. Things will change and it’s okay to have sadness about your previous life. You’ll develop a greater capacity to experience joy and love for your new life with your baby and partner.

A Tiny Bit About Me
I’m a mom of 3 who wishes I had this knowledge before having my kids. My kids had health concerns that I wasn’t sure what to do about; not sleeping, eczema, loss of hearing from so many ear infections, extreme tantrums and anger and I thought most of this was just part of being a kid.
We choose to stay away from the medical route and instead visited many different naturopaths and energy workers, which eventually led me down a spiritual path. At first, a path that left me more confused. I finally learned what it meant to do true healing work and how to take responsibility and power over my own physical, emotional and spiritual health.
I learned how to detox my body on an emotional and physical level. I found answers I had been searching for over 15 years on the proper way to nourish my body and mind to give me energy, clarity, focus. I experienced so many personal results. I finally found inner peace and released anger and the incessant useless thoughts running through my head all day, every day.
My journey led me to want to help other woman make a difference in their life and have a joyful, gratitude filled start to motherhood- who doesn't just live for the kids nap times but truly cherishes the times between. And who has the energy, stamina, and patients to be the mother they want to be.
