Love continues to grow. Love does not end but is infinite. 

Birth is a union of love. Love is ease. Love is presence. 

God is love. God is perfection.

That means you are love. You are perfection. 

You and your baby were created by God, therefore you are both love and perfection. 

Birthing with spiritual intention is birthing through surrender and trust to bring forth love. Your birth is perfection; no matter how it looks or where it takes place. 

Honor. Reverence. Joy. Of being a mother. Joy. Of birthing new life.

Mother Earth. Connection to earth and God’s creations. 

Strength, stability and safety. 

Two souls working together to bring new life to earth.

This is what ‘Birth with Spiritual Intention’ means to me. It is your perfect, sacred story. One between you, God, and your baby. 

Your birth is your unique birthing signature. A divine essence that is as individual as a fingerprint. Your birth is as perfect as your fingerprint. Your birthing signature is defined through your emotions, rhythms, and sensations. 

Each birth is perfect in the eyes of God as it is your unique birthing signature; defined by YOU. As unique as a fingerprint. 

Intentionally prepare for labor and birth.  Educate yourself, get your negative thoughts and mental chatter in check. Empower yourself. Manifest the birth you want. Release all fears. Practice breath work. Train your body.

It does not matter where you birthed; hospital, birth center, or at home. It does not matter how you birthed; if you birthed vaginally, had a belly birth or got an epidural. Have a vision and a direction and work toward achieving that, knowing that if it doesn’t go the way you wanted you did what you could to prepare; leaving no room for guilt or shame.
